Prospects for improving the legislation relating to waste management in the oil and gas complex of Ukraine

The article analyzes the existinglegal norms in the field of waste management in the oil and gas complex of Ukraine. Examples of procedures for determining a hazard class, as well as for receiving the limits to waste disposal and generation. It has been proposed ways of optimizing, regulation and simplification of the procedure for obtaining permits from relevant state bodies.
