6年間の追跡結果が得られた鼻中隔延長術を併用した複数の自家組織移植による隆鼻術の1例

In augmentation rhinoplasty, various autologous tissue grafts can be used to compensate for the shortcomings of autologous tissue from one site. The short-term follow-up results of 53 patients who underwent augmentation rhinoplasty with various autologous grafts and septal extension grafts were reported by us in this journal in 2011. Here, the long-term follow-up result of one patient is described in detail. The patient is a 26-year-old woman who underwent augmentation rhinoplasty with various autologous grafts and septal extension grafts in our clinic 6 years ago. The post-operative course was uneventful. She wanted to undergo an additional augmentation using the same rhinoplasty technique as the one used previously. The pre- and post-operative facial photographs showed no external nose deformity such as a twisted or saddle nose.
