Ground state properties of the neutral Falicov-Kimball model

We determine the large U ground states in the neutral two-dimensional Falicov-Kimball model for a sequence of densities converging to 0, For rational densities in (1/6, 2/11) we show that the ground states exhibit a phase separation. [References: 21]
