Development project of high voltage DC standard in JEMIC

摘要

The establishment of national standard of HV DC up to 200 kV with high accuracy has been carried out in JEMIC as 4 years project supported by the government, corresponding to recent demands of DC power transmission, conformity for TEC 60060 etc. By this development research, the calibration service up to 200 kV for HV DC divider having good characteristics has become possible within 30 ppm (2 σ). Therefore the extension of HV DC scale and improvement of uncertainty have been achieved comparing to the former calibration service of 50 kV, 500 ppm uncertainty (2 σ). As the third report of the development project of HV DC standard, the HV comparisons of dividers and the inter-laboratory comparison in domestic and international fields are described.
