Structures of a Pattern Recognition Computer Based on the Model Self-Organization Principle and Possessing a Property of Generalization

Three degrees of taking into account the bias of a model by dividing a sample of observations are specified. Two structures of a pattern computer are given in the case if the aim is to achieve not only the accuracy but the property of generalization of the model to neighboring data samples. The property of generalization is important, for example, in recognition of the letters of a hand-written text or words of live speech of an announcer who has not undergone special training.
