摘要

Fundamental, objective social rules are stated, taking into account of which allows for discovering the errors in the control of complex systems of any nature. The all-system law of entropy increase and decrease predetermines rational humanbehavior in real systems. The analytic dependencies of system's potential vs. the degree of its organization are derived. A system's operation is analyzed from the point of view of cyclical and oscillatory regularities; the evolution of complex naturaland social systems is predicted. The consequences of intra-and inter-system convergence are discussed.
