This study considers the elementary idea of node pair selection scheme in amplify and forward (AF) relay-aided communication system. First, preference orders are determined among source-relay links and relay-destination links, then node pair selection is carried out based on stable marriage problem using those preferences. Through computer simulations, it is shown that the performance is improved by using this scheme.
