Application of digital phase-synchronization systems for measuring the frequency shift of a harmonic signal on the background of noise

The possibility of application of digital systems of the first- and second-order phase synchronization of a harmonic signal on the background of an additive Gaussian noise is considered. Quantitative dependences linking the accuracy and time of estimation with the parameters of the synchronization systems are obtained.
