A possibility of employing InAs triple-barrier strucktures is explored to have the working frequencies of an unipolar quantum cascade laser with collisionless electronic transport moved down. The generation frequency of a coherent quantum laser on a triple-barrier structure at the large-signal regim is shown to be reduced to the 5 TGz level. At the same time, the electronic life-time in the low lying resonant level turn out to be five time less than the scattering characteristic time, the space charge has no effect, and the generating power is several time grater than the losses in the optical waveguide.
