摘要

In this paper, we propose the iterative channel estimation scheme by taking the channel states of sub-carriers into account in the mobile OFDM system. The proposed scheme separates good and bad sub-carriers by using the channel state information. When we consider the sub-carrier of good channel conditions to estimate the channel characteristic, it is possible to reduce the iteration time for obtaining the accurate channel state information. Moreover, the proposed scheme uses the replica of the sub-carrier of good channel conditions and the weights that are calculated from the adjacent sub-carriers correlation for estimating the channel state information. Thus, our scheme can improve the system performance with averaging the channel state information of the sub-carrier of good channel conditions as well as it can reduce the effect of poor channel conditions. The performance is evaluated in term of error vector magnitude (EVM). From the simulation results, our proposed scheme achieves better EVM performance than the conventional iterative channel estimation scheme.
