Precision Application of Plant Growth Regulators

Presented at the 59th Annual IFTA Conference, February 2016, in Grand Rapids, MichiganPlant growth regulators have an important role in precision farming, but plant response to PGR applications can be inconsistent and is strongly influenced by a number of variables. A better understanding of the interactions between these variables, PGR performance, and plant response should help the orchard-ist and horticulturist develop application strategies that will allow for more precise PGR applications and optimize the desired effects.
