Optimal Weed Control in Young Orchards with New Herbicides

Weed control is about controlling a population of many weeds species that emerge throughout the growing season. There is a constant supply of weed seeds germinating starting with summer annual broad-leaf and grasses, then biennial rosettes, then winter annuals, not to mention the perennial weeds if not eliminated before an orchard is planted. When we remove a population of weeds at one time of the year, there is no competition for the next species of weeds which will then flourish. There will alwaysbe a good supply of weed seeds in the soil.
