摘要

In this study, the effect of the gas jet atmosphere and the blasting condition on the surface properties is discussed.When the conditions of the jet angle, the jet distance, the jet time and the gas jet atmosphere are changed, the blasting surface roughness Ra is not very much affected.From the observation of the blasted surface using secondary electron microscope, it was found that the highly disturbed area was formed in the jet angle 90°, and the machined type area was formed in the jet angle 45°.When model blasting was formed on the gume clay surface under the conditions of the working direction(θ) 10°, 45°and 90°using a single abrasive grain, the working traces were observed the cutting with chip inθ=10°, the plowing inθ=45°, thehollowing inθ=90°. In order to understand the initial form mechanism of the rough surface in the blasting, it is effective to observe these working traces.
