The publication describes the practice of extracting and processing the reserves of a man-generated deposit (stored production residue) introduced at the enterprise. The tailings from the full depth of the deposit are extracted by electrical suction dredge 200-50BK, the resulting pulp being delivered via the trunk pulp pipeline to the dewatering site of the crushing and concentrating plant. The illustration shows the flow sheet for the dressing of tailings from the emergency tailing dump. The new technology has already brought to the enterprise 126 thousand tons of additional iron-ore concentrate.
