Monitoring of lubricants as a method of on-line control of the in-service state of mining machinery at ZAO Raspadskaya

The article states that ZAO Raspadskaya uses the most modern mining equipment of foreign and domestic companies in its mine. Company Unix performs monitoring of lubricants in Raspadskaya mine, which is one of the latest methods used in maintenance with the aim to reduce the breakdown rate and increase the service life of the equipment. Monitoring of lubricants performed by the procedure developed by Fuchs (Germany) is described in the article in detail. Monitoring of lubricants ensures reduction of operating expenses and thus the cost value of coal.
