Radiative Dust Cooling and Dust Agglomeration in Plasmas

摘要

It is shown that dust thermal cooling in low temperature plasmas will lead to dust agglomeration. The results have applications to plasma etching problems and to problems of plasma-wall interactions in future controlled fusion devices.
