摘要

Arterial hypertension is a factor resulting in a decrease and loss of working capacity and premature mortality due to cardiovascular diseases. In this connection our study aims to evaluate cardlovascular system lesion degree in arterial hepertension and to define more effective antihypertensive therapy of three groups of preparations: vasocardin (b-adrenomimetic drug), capoten (angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor) and prazosin (a-adrenoblocker) by means of methematical simulation.
