IR-spectroscopy and structure-chemical properties of InP own oxides

摘要

Results of investigation of IR absorption spectra of InP own oxides: are presented. Thermal anode and cathode InP oxides were used as the objects of the investigation. The own oxides of InP are multiphase formations, containing the mixture of In and P oxides, In_2O_3+P_2O_5+InPO_4. The contents of separate components in CO InP due to differences in the intensity of a separate band are not constant and depend on many factors.
