Ilyich has kept domestic prices for galvanized sheet unchanged in December. Module has cut prices for 0.38-0.4 mm thick galvanized products by UAH 250/t, for other sizes - by UAH 200/t, the price level staying still higher than Ilyich.s. The Ukrainian market for galvanized products has entered the period of a seasonal lull. In November apparent consumption dropped by another 3% to 31,000 t and is expected to reach the minimal level in December-January, losing some 30%. Purchases will supposedly increase in the segment in February- March in the run-up to a new construction season.
