In November, Ukrainian mills have reduced HR product prices for traders by 9-11%, CR product ones . by 3%. Conditions in export markets for flat products remain unfavourable for Ukrainian producers. Suppliers continue with price cuts amid slack demand, and in the second half of November, Ilyich.s December HR coils are offered at $580/t FOB Black Sea, down by $25/t m-o-m. If compared on the EXW basis, current prices for Ukrainian traders are $85/t above export ones.
