Ukrainian producers to keep prices unchanged in April

Encouraged by an upward export price trend, Ukrainian producers of galvanized steel products lifted March prices in the domestic market by 5-6%. In March, consumer activity in export markets has reduced, CR coil prices has stopped growing, while prices for HR coils have lost $15/t. After a short-time increase in export quotations for uncoated flats in April, Metal Expert expects FOB-quotations to descend in May-June, resulting in a UAH 400/t decrease in the domestic prices for uncoated flats in June.
