Domestic prices not to grow until February

Negative conditions in the export markets (lower FOB quotations and poor demand from foreign customers) have affected domestic prices in the CIS. In December, CIS producers have been forced to make reductions. As a result, domestic prices have become almost equal to export ones in Russia (the gap between them is some $20-30/t), while in Ukraine this difference is almost $75/t.
