Kobresia loliacea (Cyperaceae), a New Record for India

Kobresia loliacea F. t. Wang & Tang ex p. C. Li (Cvperaceae) an alpine sedge recorded so far from China, is recorded by the present authors from Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh, India for the first time as a new record for India. Nomenclature, description, phenology, habit, habitat, distribution and illustrations of this species are given in this paper.
