摘要

Backcrossed populations having genetic backgrounds of elite cultivars are useful for evaluating the agronomic traits from unadapted germplasms, such as wild species. In this study, we produced159 and170 backcrossed recombinant inbred lines (BRILs) atBC2F8 generation between Oryza sativa Japonica Nipponbare (a recurrent parent) and O. ruflpogon W630 and between O. sativa Indica IR36 (a recurrent parent) and O. ruflpogon W630, respectively. These BRILs were found to have nearly homozygous genome constitutions based on the marker genotypes at c.a.160 SSRloci covering whole chromosomes.
