Producers may raise prices in August

Producers have put down quotations for GOST 10704 57-108 mm welded pipes to be shipped domestically in May by 6-16%. Changes in the production cost keep determining producers - prices for welded pipes. In May, the difference between domestic and export quotations for HR coils (EXW terms) has topped $70/t. Since export prices are growing insignificantly, feedstock may become less expensive for pipemakers in June.
