Welded pipe prices will continue to decrease in CIS markets inDecember as the seasonal downturn in demand forces producers tocut prices to stay competitive. The decrease will be due also to thedecline in strip costs. Since January, FOB prices for flat products willgrow preventing domestic strip quotations from going down.
