THE METHOD OF PREVENTION AND REMOVAL OF FURNACE FLOOR GROWTH OF CALEFACTORY WELLS

摘要

The method of prevention and removal of furnace floor growth of calefactory wells was worked out in Dnepropetrovsk metallurgical plant named by Petrovskiy. Calefactory wells are regeneration type and work with liquid cinder-removal and by use of subacidmetallic product of cinder of aluminium composition conversion with its expense from 0.8 to 1.1kg per 1t of wrought cinder. There is shown an advantage of new method in comparison with existing method, is brought technology of its application.
