Romania's Deputy Minister of the Economy Tudor Serban lead a delegation to Azerbaijan on 1st February. Serban is the Chairman of a Romanian working group for energy cooperation with Azerbaijan and his delegation included the Director of the Department of Energy, Oil and Gas of the Ministry of the Economy Corneliu Condrea, the Director of Romgaz Adrian Mares, the Deputy General Director of "Transgaz" Nicolae Rusi and others.
