Production in January-June

During January-June 2009, Azerbaijan produced 24.803 mn tons of oil and condensate, 2.5% more than in the same period of 2008. This included 4.406 mn t in June, 4.518 mn t in May, 4.492 mn t in April, 4.042 mn t in March, 3.715 mn t in February and 3.628 mn t in January. AIOC accounted for 20.6 mn tons, 3.5% more than in 2008 including 4.3 mn t in June. SOCAR and its joint ventures and operating companies produced 4.2 mn tons.
