Kulevi terminal

SOCAR's Kulevi oil terminal, operated by its "Black Sea Terminal" (BST) subsidiary, has received the status of "open customs zone". This means that, on 90% of the territory of the terminal (including its storage tank farm), the turnover of all oil products is carried out under observation by the customs inspector. The terminal, in accordance with customs legislation and procedures, also has the status of "open-type depot of temporary storage" which it received in May 2008.
