Prices to move up in January

Quickly growing export quotations will be the main reason behind the rise inCIS domestic prices. Anticipating the oncoming increase in finished productprices (related to the growth of contract prices for raw materials), foreignconsumers hurry to replenish stocks. As a result, export prices have moved upby $40-45/t in December to keep growing in Q1 2011.
