In September, producers have not revised prices for uncoated flats. Ina short term, though, they will seek price increases.Export market conditions will contribute to the growth of domestic pricessoon. HR coils of October production are booked by foreign customers at prices$30-35/t higher than a month before. Thus, Russian mills have a cause forraising domestic prices. In late October, though, FOB prices are expected tomove down, so the mills will not be able to raise domestic prices in November.
