摘要

The surface of bricks installed in the transition zone of a cement rotary kiln is always exposed to the gas in the kiln and suffers from the penetration of sulfur. The bricks therefore require excellent resistance against alkali for a long service life. This paper will present information on a spinel brick with improved resistance against alkali.
