摘要

Molten iron and slag produced in blast furnaces (hereafter referred to as BF) are simultaneously drained through a tap hole comprised of taphole mix, and the drainage process is called tapping. The drained liquids are separated by gravity while they are passing through the main trough and the separated liquids overflow into an iron runner and a slag runner for subsequent processing treatment.
