Inspection Control of Altai-Koks Feedstock Bases. Preliminary Results and Prospects

In accordance with the agreement between the Joint Stock Company "Altai-Koks" and the International Coal Laboratory (Incolab Services Russia S.C., St. Petersburg) at the end of 1999 a systematic inspection control of the quality of the coal product (the concentrate of coal beneficiation plants) was started in "Altai-Koks". In April, 2000 a representative office of this laboratory was opened on the basis of the Sibirian Research Institute for Coal beneficiation (Sibniiugleobogashchenie, Prokopievsk).The laboratory Incolab Services Russia S.C. has been accredited according to the Standards ISO 9002 and has been granted International Certificate No. L-050 and the Chemical laboratory of Sibniiugleobogashchenie is accredited in the GOST R system (accreditation certificate as a competent and independent laboratory No. ROSS.R.U. 0001.21 TU 13, 30 September, 1999).At present the feedstock bases of the majority of coal beneficiation plants of Kuzbass are mainly represented by complex coal mixes of various grades of hard coals (Fig. 1).
