Influence of Coke Quality on Blast Furnace Operation

摘要

Statistical analysis of factual data on blast furnace operation, correlating them with coke quality on the basis of parameters determined by the same procedures at supplier and consumer, makes it possible to establish quantitative relationships between blast furnace operation and coke quality. The high coefficient of correlation between the parameter values determined for M_(10) at supplier and consumer permits prediction of skip coke quality from mean daily supplier index values.
