OTAI(CZ)Is Organising a National Seminar on"Technological Developments in Production Of Consumer Grade Refined Oils And Vanaspati"at HBTI,Kanpur on October 3,2004.Traditional oils and fats with all their variety and nutrition form an important area to be addressed with focus on quality standards and benchmarking.Due attention is to be given for health and nutritional aspects of oils and fats.Fortunately,the oilseed production in our country is rising because of the Government policies.This would no doubt brighten the prospects for vegetable oil sector and significantly augment the availability of indigenous edible oils.
