摘要

Auditory verbal hallucinations (AH) in schizophrenia are associated with a functional disruption of speech processing in the left hemisphere. This disruption has been linked to a competition between external and inner speeches in the auditory cortex in hallucinating patients (Hugdahl et al., 2009). To investigate this competition, we usecLmagnetoencephalography (MEG) to compare the amplitudes of evoked potential Ml 00 in response to auditory stimulus (speech or sound) in hallucinating patients and healthy volunteers during 4 experimental conditions. We hypothesized that abnormalities of M100 occur in the left auditory cortex of patients in response to speech probe.
