Automatic Blow Molding Machine using PLC

摘要

The performance of Manual blow molding machine can be improved by automating machine using PLC. The automated version provides more accuracy, efficiency, increased productivity. The paper is about the real time automation of manual blow molding machine used for the production of plastic artifacts by using PLC DVP14SS11R2 and TP04G-AS2 text panel for human interface, at Disha Industry, MIDC, Amravati. The input and output of machine are all discrete and process of production is completely sequential. Thus modular PLC becomes the effective solution for the automation.
