The current Clinical Neuropathology 3-2013 issue contains: 1) Practice Guide 3-2013 presenting a new levels of evidence system for the assessment of clinical utility of prognostic and predictive candidate brain tumor biomarkers, 2) five original contributions and two letters to the editor reporting on interesting and novel clinico-pathologic observations and findings in various types of space-occupying lesions of the nervous system, 3) the abstracts of the 10th Northern Lights Neuroscience symposium in Naan-tali Spa, Finland, 4) the abstracts of the 49th Congress of the Italian Association of Neuropathology and Clinical Neurobiology (AINP&NC) and the 39th Congress of the Italian Association for Research on Brain Aging (AIRIC) in Pisa, and 5) Euro-CNS News 3-2013.
