Simple Synthesis of Polyfunctionalized Indoline-Spiro Fused Pyran Derivatives via an Aqueous Multicomponent Reaction

摘要

The one-pot multicomponent reaction of malononitrile/ethyl cyanoacetate, 1, 3-dicarbonyl compounds, and 1, 2-dicarbonyl moiety (ninhydrin/isatin or acenaphthenequinone) in water and in the attendance of DABCO (1, 4-diazabicyclo [2.2.2] octane) as catalyst to afford related spiropyran derivatives with excellent yields. This environmental friendliness reaction which can be carried out under mild conditions has easy work-up and covers a great range of spiropyran products.
