We describe a novel software application (QCal) that was developed for calculation of doseresponse curves in insecticide resistance bioassays. QCal uses a logistic regression model to generate values for lethal dose/knockdown dose based on data from a bioassay entered into the application user interface. The application can be freely distributed to interested parties.
