In our continuing efforts to improve the content and quality of the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society (JAGS) in response to American Geriatrics Society (AGS) members' and JAGS readers' interests and to respond in a timely manner to the healthcare needs of older adults, JAGS has made some additional changes since my last Message from the Editor in Chief approximately a year ago.
