A novel method of X-ray diffraction to analyze partially nitrided titanium pellet

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. Using this new analysis method, the component of partially nitrided titanium pellet for different positions in the direction of pellet thickness can be determined and the reaction model for the nitridation of titanium pellet can be predicted.
