Tel Hashomer camptodactyly syndrome in identical twin infants.

摘要

Monochorionic biamniotic identical twin infants were born by cesarean section at 32 5/7 weeks' gestation. Their parents were healthy and nonconsanguineous (father's age: 33 years and mother's age: 29 years). The first pregnancy ended in spontaneous abortion. The second pregnancy was diagnosed as tetraploidy (92,XXYY) and was terminated. The twins were the product of the third pregnancy, which was conceived after intrauterine insemination.
