摘要

An original method of predictive estimate of the fraction weight yield of SHM powders and uniformity of their morphometric characteristics measured by the sieve analysis is discussed. It has been found out that of the two factors - the sieve modulus and shape of openings - the sieve modulus exerts a predominant effect on the powder basic-fraction weight yield and quality. As applied to synthetic diamond powders, an analytical relation has been derived for the calculation of the basic-fraction relative weight yield and maximum uniformity of a power by the modulus of the sieves used.
