摘要

We present the results of cathodoluminescence (CL) spectroscopy of radiation-induced defects in electron-irradiated diamonds. The effect of the structure development in a large type Ia diamond crystal is described. CL spectra from individual zones of this crystal as well as CL spectra of small natural and synthetic types IIa, IaA/B and IaA diamond crystals, in which this effect has not been revealed, are shown. Known models of defects responsible for the main lines in CL spectra of these crystals are considered.
