Troy Appoints Beck VP and General Counsel

Troy Corporation has appointed Jan S. Beck vice president and general counsel. Beck joined Troy in 2014 as vice president, mergers & acquisitions, and was responsible for orchestrating the company's acquisition of a major competitor's industrial biocides business. In his new position, he will be responsible for Troy's legal matters, as well as representing the company in a broad array of business endeavors.
