BASF Coatings de Mexico is redoubling its efforts to remain a key supplier of paint and coatings to the Mexican automotive industry,which could be on a recovery drive,after declining for two years.Domestic auto sales in Mexicoi jumped by more than 10% during the first six months of the year,making up for exorts,which slid almost as much,according to statistics from the Asociacion Mexicana de la Industria Automotriz(AIMA),the Mexican automotive industry association,which is bvased in Mexico City.
