BASF has appointed Wayne T.Smith group vice president,intermediates in North America,Smith has more than twenty years of industry experience,most recently serving as vice president and general manager of specialty construction chemicals at W.R.Grace and Company,where he was responsible for the strategy development,growth and profitability of that unit worldwide.
